SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation and the accompanying USPS tracking number when your package has shipped.
Y-Y is happy to offer both domestic and international shipping. we offer free standard delivery on orders above $500. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
For orders sent to addresses within the US, we offer a $15 USPS flat rate and your package will arrive anywhere between 3 – 8 business days once shipped.
For international orders, The Break offers USPS international first class shipping for an additional cost. The total cost will be calculated during check out.
Estimated delivery is between 10-21 business days and includes limited tracking information as we cannot track exact whereabouts once the package has left the country. Customs offices may delay estimated arrival dates. Customs fees and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
The Break assumes no responsibility for international or domestic packages that are lost or stolen.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it according to our Returns Policy.
Y-Y will gladly accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of the date in which items are delivered to you. You may also return any pre-ordered items within 14 days of receiving the items.
Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers. Any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags must also be returned as they are considered part of the product. If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If removed the item will not comply with the Returns Policy and will not be refunded.
We can only collect returns from the same country/region to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country/region other than your delivery country/region, additional import duties may be applied. Due to our return process, you must use our return label to ship back your item(s) in order for us to process your return. please contact us at before shipping your items back.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or we have shipped you an incorrect item.
